Main home is on the top level and is completely self contained. It includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan living, kitchen, dining. Extensive outside decks for entertaining. Also included are 2 x 1 bedroom self-contained studios, situated on the lower levels. Family and friends can each have a unique and quiet space of their own.
Price is for entire house, however if you only wish to rent the studios separately! that is also possible.
Beautifully decorated by the designer owner. The top floor apartment is the owner’s main residence and they move out when rented.
The studios are on the lower levels of the 3-storey building and are purpose built for holiday rental. All Three choices of accommodation are self contained with private separate entrances.
Everything required for a wonderful stay. Including free unlimited WIFI, linen and towels.

Cafes in the area, just a short drive away. Shopping centre only 5 min drive away at Moonee Beach.
We are refreshingly different to other accommodation in the area in that the beach is a level 1min walk across the road and we have ocean views.
