Terms and Conditions

  • Group restrictions- Maximum 13 Guests at the property.
  • Strict noise policy and no parties permitted - loss of security deposit (bond) and eviction if Police are called. This is the Holiday rental regulation for holiday rentals in a suburban neighbourhood.
  • No commercial activities or events permitted including but not limited to hens/bucks events, engagements and weddings.
  • No Schoolies or school leavers permitted. Min age of guest booking accommodation is 25years.
  • No smoking inside the building, smoking is permitted on outside balconies only.
  • Christmas and School Holiday bookings must be minimum of 5 nights
  • Pets allowed with agreement to Petstay rules. Extra charges of $25 per stay for Pets.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination with refund of rent or security deposit.
  • Cleaning and Linen fees per stay are: $30 per Studio's and $200 for 4 Bedroom Apartment.
  • A deposit of 50% of total rent, including cleaning and linen fees is required at time of booking. Final payment is required 7 days prior to your stay. Deposit is non-refundable unless booking is cancelled within 48 hours of booking or 60 days prior to your stay.
  • Refundable Damage deposit of $200 for Studios and $500 for 4 Bed Apartment is payable 1-3 days prior to arrival and is refunded within 7 days after departure.
  • Refund of Damage Deposit is subject to the property being left in a clean and tidy condition with no damage. This includes BBQ cleaned.  Excess garbage and cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit. Excess garbage is charged at $20 a council bin.
